Yes, they're fake. But it's part of the metalscene which I've been "part of" since I started with ModPlug.

It's not actually Slayer 2 that does the distortion, it's the JMC900. I make slayer 2 sound like, as best as i can, a clean guitar. Then I add distortion with a VST Amp, aka, the JMC900.
